Recipe of the Week - Protein Pancake/Waffle

Cal 368 Protein 39.4g Fat 7.2g Carbs 38g


1 scoop Magnum Quattro protein powder

½ tsp baking soda

4 tsp coconut flour (can use any flour really)

1 ripe banana (can also use apple sauce)

1 egg

1 tsp cashew milk


  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until well mixed.

  2. Pour batter into a preheated pan or waffle maker.

  3. Cook on low-medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side (or until cooked). *Please note these do cook on the outside quite quickly so you may have to turn down the heat if they begin to burn.

**Recipe makes 1 serving
