Recipe of the Week - Salted Caramel Protein Icecream

Servings: 4 Time: 2hours Difficulty: Easy

Calories 211 Protein 25.5g Fat 5.1g Carbs 18.5g

All nutritional info is based on one serving.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Bananas

  • 2 Cups ice

  • 2 Scoops Salted Caramel Quattro protein powder

  • 1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt plain

  • 1/4 Cup Coconut milk

  • 2 Fit Crunch bars or your other favorite protein bars

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients (except protein bar) in a blender on high. Pour into Tupperware and place in freezer for 2 hours

  2. Chop up the protein bar into small pieces

  3. Scoop out ice cream mixture and decorate with the protein bar and chocolate sauce (optional).
