All nutritional info is based on one serving.
2 Cups ice
2 Scoops Salted Caramel Quattro protein powder
1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt plain
1/4 Cup Coconut milk
2 Fit Crunch bars or your other favorite protein bars
Blend all ingredients (except protein bar) in a blender on high. Pour into Tupperware and place in freezer for 2 hours
Chop up the protein bar into small pieces
Scoop out ice cream mixture and decorate with the protein bar and chocolate sauce (optional).
