Recipe of the Week - Salted Freakin' Caramel Quattro Frappucino

It is great to have a cold, slushy drink during the summer but you don’t want to ruin your gains with sugar-filled frappucinos.

A Venti Starbucks Caramel Frappucino is 510 calories, 17 g fat, 84 g carbs and 6 G protein.

Our version is 210 calories, 8 g fat, 5 g carbs and 30 g protein and just as sweet, creamy and delicious!

All you need is 1 big handful of ice, 1 scoop Quattro Salted Freakin Caramel and 1/4 cup coconut milk (from the can), 2 cups of cold coffee and a dash of stevia. Put all of the ingredients in a blender and VOILA! If you’d like to make a lighter version sub coconut milk for almond or cashew milk.
