Workout: HIIT Style

Time:   30-45min

 

Warm Up: Jog on spot 2min, jumping jacks 2 min, jog on spot with high knees 1 min, jog on spot with bum kicks 1 min
 
The Workout:  complete each set of exercises 4 – 6 times through before moving onto the next set of exercises

  • Jumping Jacks 30sec with 20sec rest

  • Jump Rope (pretend rope) 30sec with 20sec rest

 

  • Squat Hops (Jump feet together then apart) 30sec with 20 sec rest

  • Inchworms 30sec with 20sec rest

 

  • Mountain Climbers 30sec with 20sec rest

  • Tuck Jumps 30sec with 20sec rest

 

  • Thrusters 30sec with 20sec rest

  • On the spot sprints 30sec with 20sec rest
