At Home Family Workout

Start with a 5 min warm up (could be simply jogging on the spot and doing some arm circles and light squats)

Complete each exercise for 3-4 rounds

 

1. Couch Step Ups x10 each leg
    Thrusters (bottom half of a burpie) x20 seconds

2. Push ups x10
    Plank (from knees or toes) x20 seconds

3. Squats with a hi-five for your partner (if alone pat yourself on the back) x10
   On the spot high knee jog x20 seconds

4. Skiers (feet together and hop up and down while swinging arms) x10
    Jumping jacks x20 seconds
