Bootcamp

Build upper body strength in this weight training class. We use a variety of equipment from dumbbells to barbells to bands. Learn proper lifting technique in a safe supervised environment.


Wonder Woman
Join us for an empowering workout that will push your body to new levels! This class is a full body circuit with kickboxing drills, agility and strength exercises that will help you unleash the inner Superhero!

Blast Cardio
Join us for this totally fun cardio session! We play games, do relays and find other fun ways to take your mind off the exercise and onto having fun!

Legs and Abs
